You don't have to be a vegan to enjoy our hearty Wheat Roast. This savory meat substitute can be used on sandwiches, in tacos, and in many recipes that call for meat.
The retail 1 lb mini-loaf, when prepared in your favorite recipes, will feed five people...or last one person all week! It's a dense, filling, high protein food that supplies the vegan diet with vegan derived B vitamins for that extra satisfied full feeling that other meat substitutes just don't provide.
Ingredients: Wheat gluten, peanut butter, naturally brewed tamari (water, organic soybeans, sea salt, whole wheat, alcohol (to preserve freshness)), nutritional yeast (de-activated primary grown yeast, niacin, B2, B1, B6, B12).
Available in 1 LB mini-loaf retail carton, bulk loaves (approx. 3 LB each) or pre-sliced (5LB boxes).
